TELEMARK HOUSE WATCHING

As a BPI accredited company, we provide a greater detail of service through our house watch program. Telemark believes that it is important to inspect a house on a regular basis to detect minor issues before they become major problems. This also gives us a better understanding of your mechanical equipment and building performance. Weekly inspections ensure that your house is operating as efficiently as possible. We also schedule inspections around inclement weather forecasts. The use of professional equipment allows us to monitor indoor air quality, humidity and temperature, providing our clients with increased peace of mind.

TELEMARK ANNUAL ASSESSMENT

Each year, we will test and provide a report to include the following:

  • Blower Door and Draft tests to monitor air exchange that may cause heating or cooling loss.

  • Combustion Appliance Zone tests to keep your house safe from combustion by-products (carbon monoxide).

  • Compare results to past tests to track any trends and predict future energy consumption.

  • An annual report to show maintenance items that may be considered a capital improvement for your property resulting in potential tax advantages.

  • Assess the performance of all your property’s sub contractors to ensure that prices are competitive and workmanship is outstanding.
